Simon Letzer's home smoked produce is a firm favourite on the many fantastic restaurants along the North Norfolk Coast. We are proud to supply our customers with a selection of Scottish Salmon, Cod & Kippers all smoked using traditional methods passed down from Simon's father Paul Letzer.
